4th Gen Mechanical, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a New York limited liability company registered at 3000 East Ridge Road – 3-119, Rochester, NY 14622. We provide HVAC, cold-climate heat pump, and geothermal services in Monroe County and surrounding areas.

How long we keep it

We retain quote requests and service correspondence for as long as our business relationship with you is active, plus any period required by New York tax or contractor regulations (generally seven years). Inquiries that never convert to an estimate are typically deleted within twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email 4thgengeo@gmail.com with your request and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children’s privacy

This site isn’t directed to children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Updates
